Store Policies
Medic-Aide has adopted the following guidelines as store policies:
A. Satisfaction guranteed, which means, if you are not satisfied with the product, i.e. does not do what you expected it to do, will not function properly, is not the color or design which you choose, send an email to refund@medic-aide.com put the word refund in the subject line and tell us of your problem, we will be happy to refund your purchase price upon our receipt of the returned article.
B. We will not refund return postage or cost of delivery.
C. If you experience a problem with any of our products please contact us at support@medic-aide.com giving us an explaination of your situation.
D. In returning articles for refund please mail them to: Just Come As You Are, Inc. 11144 Fuqua St., Apt 1112 Houston, TX 77089
E. All returned articles must be within the Manufactures warranty period. Articles where the warranty has expired will not be replaced, nor will any refund of any kind be forthcoming.
F. Our company is always open to suggestions because we are constantly seeking better ways to do things, if you have a suggestion you would like us to consider please email us at suggestions@medic-aide.com please put the word, suggestion, in the subject line.
